Registration
To be a “Fixa” on this site, you must register with us and provide us with some information about yourself such as name, contact address, email address, certificate of expertise in Automobile repair, and other necessary information. All information provided must be accurate, upon discovery that some information provided is false, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Only authorized users may use your account to use the Services and conduct other activities with us. When you register, you will be asked to create a Username and password. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You will not allow use of your credentials to access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password and/or account. FixDride will not be responsible for any losses or damages arising out of or related to the unauthorized use of your account name, password and/or account.

Pricing & Payment
As a “Fixa” you’re at liberty to fix the prices for the service you’re being hired for before the commencement of the transaction. Prices should be communicated to the User who would give consent before the service is rendered. Unless otherwise agreed, all payment is to be in US Dollars, no form of digital currency is allowed.
FixDride reserves the right to determine what percentage a “Fixa” pays for the use of our website. We also reserve the right to change the payment method anytime. FixDride will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the Sites up to date. We encourage you to check our Sites periodically for current pricing information. FixDride may change the fees for any feature of the Service, including additional fees or charges, if FixDride gives you advance notice of changes before they apply (i.e., in future or renewal terms).
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@fixDride.com. Termination will not affect amount due and payable at the time of the termination.

You agree to obtain services offered by us as well as third-party Service Providers, skilled agents, garage owners or vehicle repair workshops, etc (“the Service Provider”).

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to that matter), and in that case, you agree to cooperate with our defence of those claims.

Severability
These Terms are intended to govern the agreement between FixDRide and you to the extent permitted by all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. If any provision of these Terms or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall, for any reason or to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby, but rather shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Terms and Termination
This term of Agreement begins the moment you download and install the “FixDride” Application and use our services.  Your details are immediately saved automatically on our server.
FixDride reserves the right to terminate an account for the following reasons;
(i) you breach any provision of this Agreement; (ii) we determine that your use of the Services poses a security risk to us or to another user of the Service; (iii) you introduce a malicious program into the network or a virtual machine instance; (iv) you cause network interference that affects Services performance for other customers; (v) you use the Services in a way that we determine, in our sole discretion, is abusive or disrupts or threatens the performance or availability of the Service; or (vi) we receive notice or we otherwise determine, in our sole discretion, that you may be using the Services for an illegal purpose or in a way that violates the law or violates, infringes, or misappropriates the rights of any third party. In addition, FixDride may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement or your account on the Service, or suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without any liability to you arising from such termination.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At FixdRide, we value your trust and are committed to providing exceptional automotive repair services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. To ensure a smooth and transparent cancellation process, we have outlined our service cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Window:
Fixas can cancel their service scheduled at FixDRide within the following time frames, depending on the type of service requested:
Emergency Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule an emergency service appointment, we require you to do so within one hour after the service request was made.
Scheduled Services: For all other non-emergency service requests, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled service time.
2. Cancellation with Penalty:
For all cancellations initiated by a “fixa” outside the time frame stated in this agreement, such cancellations shall attract a penalty of 15% deduction from the next payout or, account suspension for 7days depending on the severity of the cancellation while the user makes a new request from another fixa immediately
3. Cancellation without Penalty: All cancellations made by a fixa at least within one hour after the service request was made in the case of Emergency services attract no penalty.
All cancellations made by a fixa at least 48 hours’ before the scheduled service time will attract no penalty
2. Cancellation Options:
Fixas can cancel their appointments through the following methods:
Online: Log in to your FixdRide account and navigate to the “Service Schedule” section to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Customer Support: Contact our customer support team via email at noreply@fixdride.com or raise a ticket to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
3. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled service appointment without prior notice, you will be penalized.
4. Rescheduling Appointments:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please follow the same cancellation procedure as outlined in this policy and then schedule a new appointment at your convenience.
5. Changes by FixdRide:
In the rare event that FixDRide needs to cancel or reschedule your schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide alternative options. You will not be subject to any cancellation penalty.
